Meilin scans the document on her screen. She has been at it for hours, and is thankful for the break when she hears her cell phone ‘ping’. Rhonda works for the Transportation Department of a school district, scheduling buses and drivers for a large number of schools. With her focus largely on day-to-day busing for students, field trips were kind of an afterthought. There was no clear workflow between Rhonda and the schools and the paperwork was all over the place.
