What excites you the most about taking on the GM role at Busology Tech?
I am passionate about moving people and vulnerable populations to where they need to go. Children are our future, and ensuring they get safely to school each day is how Busology Tech can play its part in helping to support our future leaders. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to lead a team that prioritizes safety and reliability in school transportation.
What are you hoping to achieve as GM in your first year?
We aim to strengthen our current partnerships and be a thought leader in the market to help ensure safe and effective transportation for thousands of school-aged children throughout North America. We want to continue to innovate and deliver solutions that make a real difference for our clients and the school transportation industry.
How would you describe your leadership style?
Culture and people management are the most critical factors in building a customer-first business. I have always prioritized people as my top consideration. By empowering my team and fostering a positive, collaborative culture, we can better serve our customers and adapt to their needs.
